Ladies Long Lunch Fundraising Event

The Women of Kangaroo Valley invite you to our first ever Kangaroo Valley Ladies Long Lunch.
An inclusive event - with the intent of making friends and celebrating women - we invite you to frock up in your best green outfit and join us for a fun day at Wildwood.
Your Ticket includes:
- A welcome cocktail or glass of sparkling
- a feast of localproduce inspired by the Australian Bush- where we will enjoy a scrumptious three course lunch from women-led Kangaroo Valley caterers The Valley Table and Caterina (sample menu below). We are very pleased to announce allmeats will be reared locally by regenerative farmers at Rosewood KV and Martin's Ridge Farm and all vegetables will be sourced from local farms such as the Patchy Growers.
- Zoe Smith and Kay Proudlove playing live music
- Games to be enjoyed by all the lawn + a chance to tour Wildwood House and walk over 2km of bush walks through the rain forest and by the creek
- A tree planted with every ticket bought
All profits from this event will be donated to Kangaroo Valley Public School.

Roving Canapes by Angie at the Valley Table on the cocktail lawn
Prawn & crocodile wonton / mushroom wonton
Sweet potato & anise Myrtle tartlets
Smoked Eel croquettes with finger lime aioli / potato croquette
Rosewood Pork belly skewers with Davidson plum sauce / celeriac skewers
Amain by Katrina and the Caterina team of fish, meat and salads in a shared banquet format:
Hot-smoked Ora King Salmon, fennel, caper and finger lime roe
Slow-braised Rosewood Farm Lamb, citrus, almond and carrots
Nut loaf and roast Misty Valley mushrooms - vegetarian option
Sides:
Four grain, kale, fennel and sherry vinaigrette
Roast cauliflower, hazelnut and pomegranate
A decadent dessert grazing table to finish by the Valley Table

WHEN?
This is a one off event hosted on Thursday 22nd August between 12-4pm
DIETARIES
We can accomodate vegetarians and gluten free options. Please just let us know on check out.
BAD WEATHER
The Wildwood reception hall is protected from the elements. If the event needs to be postponed - rest assured this will not be at your expense
WHERE TO STAY:
For campers there is Bendeela recreationarea at the bottom of our road. Otherwise we suggest Kangaroo Valley Escapes and Kangaroo Valley Getaways or looking on our website for accomodationoptions or staying in Berry.

This is a child free event

Wildwood is an inclusive place. If you have a furry friend who knowshow to behave around people in 100 acres of unfenced native bush - we welcome them too
GETTING HERE
We have a car park for our guests but there will also be a free shuttle to and from town if there is enough of a demand for it
